PackWest designs, manufactures, and supports inline spindle retorquing systems, also referred to as quill systems, for screw-on cap closures. PackWest retorquers (cap closure machines) are ideal for containers and closures with induction seals. These cap torquing machines are also ideal for production lines with manual placement of caps or trigger sprayers on containers. They offer consistent and secure cap tightening for a wide variety of containers and closures. Our retorquers are offered in 4, 6, and 8 spindle or quill configurations.

The ideal configuration for your application will depend upon required speeds and specified torque requirements for each container and cap.
