Inline Lidders

PackWest inline lidders seamlessly integrate with Pacific inline or rotary pail fillers, as well as any other brand of pail filler.

Our inline lidders are the system of choice for pail filling production lines requiring speeds up to 17 five-gallon pails per minute.

But filling pails is only half of the production process. Automatically placing and securing lids to full pails is an equally important step.

PackWest inline lidders are fully automatic and offer speeds up to 20 lids per minute. They are designed to accommodate a wide range of round, square, or rectangular lids with toolless changeovers.

PackWest inline lidders can be integrated with Pacific inline fillers, or they can feature casters that allow the lidder to move in and out of a production line as needed. When integrated with a Pacific inline or rotary filler, lidder controls can be incorporated into the filler PLC and HMI to provide seamless ease of operation. Filler + lidder integration also offers significant cost savings versus separate control systems.

PackWest inline lidders are constructed of stainless steel and they are NEMA 4X washdown rated. They feature Allen-Bradley controls. We offer multiple models with additional options such as denesting, bung orientation, powered lid compression, and conveyor synchronization.
