Pack West designs and builds a complete line of capping machinery capable of handling the range of caps from 8mm to 135mm. Both Rotary and Inline styles are available and can be tooled to handle speeds from 20 per minute to over 500 per minute.
Standard continuous threaded caps, stomach tamper-evident caps, viagra sale pour back caps, snap caps, over caps, lug style caps, press-in-place caps, child resistant caps and push-pull caps can all be handled with equal efficiency. There are 5 different cap feeding systems to choose from and each is capable of handling a wide range of cap styles, sizes and speeds.
Containers from .25 oz. to 2 1/2 gallon can be handled in round, square, rectangular, oval and custom configurations. Glass, metal or plastic containers can all be handled on the same system and all change parts are of quick change design requiring “next to no” tools.
The standard HMI is capable of storing up to 40 recipes and hazardous environment electrical packages are available as an option.
All Pack West capping systems are constructed utilizing a predominance of stainless steel and upgrades are available for wash down duty environments or when bleach, acids or other aggressive materials need to be handled. Each and every part is manufactured in house utilizing state of the art techniques and machining centers including water-jet and laser.
Basic Torquing systems are available to be used when caps, pumps or trigger sprayers are hand applied, or when the induction sealing process reduces the application torque. All of these Torquing systems can be expanded to fully automated systems at any time.

Special container handling design choices allows support of glass, metal, plastic, fiberboard, and any other rigid material on our inline capper and rotary capper.
With five sorting systems, customized universal and dedicated cap chute ends, and easily adjustable cap torque mechanisms, our inline capper and rotary capper equipment supports screw caps, press-on caps, plugs, and overcap applications.
